'Why the world will be for gullible people?'

Now in full search for innovation, more than never the enterprises must give significance to the human capital, it’s not hard to say that the employees, in spite of technological advance, are still being the main part of the enterprise, its angular stone.

What enterprises need now to evolve, it’s not human strength, they already have tools to make these tasks. We are talking about intellectual capacity, not only IC. We refer to other skills linked with emotional intelligence, creativity, imagination, inventiveness,…

So under my point of view, enterprises must imagine, dream, invent,… these are issues as important as others inside of enterprises and all is related with human capital.

If you are an applicant, you must let know to the recruiter that you have your own ideas, that your able to create, to be proactive, to not take issues for granted and to evolve adapting to the changes. To sum up, you have to let him know your motivation and excitement about the job.  

If you are a recruiter, you have to know how to attract talent. You have to reach a balanced team, which could solve all the arising problems day by day. This team will evolve and will adapt the enterprise to satisfy costumer’s demands.

 

What we could do?

We’ll go then to mention the win-win negotiating strategy where all the people win. These people motivated and excited are looking for an opportunity, if enterprises could find them. They could help to train them in the sectors where the future employees will be more motivated and excited hence enterprises will collect the profits.

It’s not bad to look for people who already have finished a degree, but why don’t look for talent before?  Why don’t help to train and educate them with the knowledge that they are born to do the job? This could be win-win!!!!!

Maybe there are people out there that cannot study for what they were born. And they have the excitement and the motivation but not resources. Under my opinion is an opportunity cost that enterprises cannot allow.

So, from my site I encourage to enterprises to look for these people motivated and excited with no resources. I encourage them to pay for their careers and education because in a long term the enterprises will collect their profits.

We all know about the escaping talent from enterprises but this issue always will exist. Don’t you think that the fact of helping someone to reach the job he’s excited for, helps to his loyalty?

A perfect example could be the present football clubs (soccer) and the players market around the world. They are catching talent since the players are so young. This makes possible to form great teams in a long term. And these practices are giving them good results.

I agree with the idea that a child really doesn’t know what he want to be as an adult, but there are young people who have an open mind and they know what motivate them. They are gullible people!!!
