The Feedback Loop

The Feedback Loop is a process of using evaluations or critiques of previous outcomes to inform and improve future actions.
In various endeavors, it's critical to continually collect and assess feedback as a means of further learning and growth. This said process is known as 'The Feedback Loop'. For instance, in coaching, a player might make an incorrect move during a game. The coach will provide feedback on this mistake, and the player will use it to avoid making the same error in their next game. The consistent generation, consideration, and implementation of feedback assist individuals in improving their skills and understanding over time.
We all need people who will give us feedback. That's how we improve. - Bill Gates
