True Self Mental Model

This mental model promotes understanding and embracing one's unique qualities and values while confidently expressing them openly.
The True Self Mental Model is centered on the belief that everyone has a unique set of qualities, values, and interests that define who they are. These aspects should be understood, embraced, and openly expressed, rather than hidden or changed to fit societal expectations. For example, if a person is naturally introverted, creative, and passionate about environmental issues, according to the True Self Mental Model, they shouldn't feel the need to conform to being outgoing or suppress their creative ideas or hide their passion to avoid judgment. Instead, they should accept these qualities as part of their true self and confidently express them in their interactions with others.
To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment. - Ralph Waldo Emerson
