Spending energy when there's no customer retention is a waste (there's no value created). Keep iterating fast towards creating value for your customers. Once, there's retention, spend on optimizing, distribution, operations and keep doubling down on the strengths of the product.

No matter what, keeping the communication channel open with customers will help improving it all the way.
